Livraison reçue après presque 2 heures au lieu des 45 minutes habituelles. Au final, les frites étaient molles au lieu de croustillantes comme d'habitude. Un bon service à la clientèle aurait pris la peine d’aviser du retard, que ce soit par un appel du standardiste ou un message du livreur. C’est d’ailleurs ce que fait très bien leur concurrent Saint-Hubert.
