I had my car booked in at Benny's Tinting on a Saturday morning for weeks, had a message stating my date and time it was booked in too. All seems well. The day comes around for me to get my car tinted, I drive around early at the specified time and end up calling to confirm I had the correct house. I am then informed that the owner is 3 hours away and his excuse was "I didn't know you were coming" when I had a clear booking for weeks and had driven my prestine car nearly an hour to get it tinted.
