The lack of customer service. You get accused of cancelling your appointment when you 100% did not; the estimater wasn’t there so being the only car my quote got cancelled without my knowledge but being told I did when I in fact did not. Was really really rude. Didn’t even look at computer for any knowledge or information to even know facts of this quote. A wait is expected but being treated so poorly was not.
Great job on repairing my car. Very helpful staff
