Service technicians Kade and Trent let us know when they were coming and were on time. They were pleasant to work with and fixed my ac at a price I was happy with. Thank you!
Trent is committed to doing great work, communicative, fair, and honest. I have used Benny James twice and both times Trent took great care of us, didn’t try to upsell or push for more than needed to be done, unlike a much bigger, well-known company in the area. We’ll be calling Benny James next time we need HVAC service!
