They responded quickly, were super easy to work with, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Got the issue fixed with no trouble at all. Definitely recommend for any home repairs or problems!
We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received! On an extremely hot day, Cade came out to service our AC units and did an exceptional job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Trent with Benny Jones HVAC. I moved into a new house but the one of the units wasn't cooling the master bedroom. He returned my call at 8 PM on a weeknight and arrived the next morning as promised. Trent quickly identified the project offered options and a fair price then fixed the issue. He earned a new customer and referral source. This is a great local family owned company. Call them!!!
Wonderful first time customer experience. Friendly and professional from my first call and throughout the service call. Trent was knowledgeable and found and corrected the AC issue quickly and successfully. Will use this company again and would highly recommend to others.
I got home last night and the air was out. After calling all the national chain AC company’s I could google, the earliest appointment I could get was two days out. A friend of mine gave me the number to Benny James and he was able to come out in one hour. He was able to work his magic and get my ac back in order and also explained everything that he was doing in a way I could understand with options going forward.
