We had such a great experience! Our air conditioner went out around 3 a.m., and our kids started waking up because the house was getting so hot. We sent in a service request at 3 a.m., and Mr. Darren was at our house by 9:30am that same morning! He replaced the motor, added new Freon to our older AC unit, and had us back up and running that day. Trent is committed to doing great work, communicative, fair, and honest. I have used Benny James twice and both times Trent took great care of us, didn’t try to upsell or push for more than needed to be done, unlike a much bigger, well-known company in the area. We’ll be calling Benny James next time we need HVAC service!
