Called Benny James to come give a 2nd opinion on an issue we were having with our heater. The very nice lady who took my call said they would be there ASAP. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly young man came by and inspected the furnace. He quickly determined that work done the prior week by another company was done wrong. They sent a service technician the same day I called, which happened to be a scorching day. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, and found the problem immediately. He was efficient as well. I would definitely use them again!
