My husband and I ordered online from Benny’s last Friday evening 10/4. We ordered straight from the Benny’s website, paid ($59 for a large pizza!), and when we showed up to pick up the pizza, the restaurant was closed for a private event. Attempts to contact Benny’s for a refund have been unsuccessful. Twice I've gone within their hours and they were inexplicably closed (including just now at 3:30pm on a saturday). The one time I tried going and they were open, the pizza was great. I live nearby and it would be nice if it could be open more reliably.
