We drove 40 minutes across the city since the Stittsville location suddenly closed. We went every Sunday for the kids eat free deal and were happy to see this location also offered it. We were very disappointed to see this location is closed on Sundays? The hours were not updated on the Google listing either.

We ordered onsite for take out.Waited 30 minutes for the food.And the chicken was bland.No flavor at all.Its a bit pricey for its mid taste chicken
As a franchise this is a horrible quality restaurant. Closed Wednesdays? Who closes Wednesday's? Staff look miserable so maybe they are very under paid...which would explain being at a drive through for 5 minutes to find out they don't have chicken. I feel bad for the staff. Because how they treat their staff reflects on how the customers get treated. Someone needs to wake up and raise the standards of professionalism. Orleans location is terrible. When they close the restaurant because lack of staff or change hours of operation without notice is very annoying. More than once we drove to this location to find it closed. PLEASE it is not that hard to put on facebook or the site that you close the restaurant or change the hours! Drive thru is very long, it is expecting at Benny I get it but wait I wait 10 mins before being served at the intercom. MANAGEMENT DO BETTER!
