Please fix your phone answering service. It sucks you call and call and no one ever answer the phone. This is an ongoing problem at this clinic and I am tired of it. Who is in charge of this? Please let me know if this is going to be fixed or I am saying good bye to Chu and my cardiologist. This is frustrating. This is not a review for any of my doctors - they are 5 stars the phone system is the problem here. I am fed up!
After moving to a new neighborhood, I searched for an in-network physician as I was overdue for a check-up. I selected Dr. Benny Chu in West Orange, NJ, who is part of the Atlantic Medical Group. Upon visiting Dr. Chu's office, I was seated in the waiting room for 25 minutes. Ultimately, a nurse took my blood pressure and weight and sat me in another room, waiting for Dr. Chu.
