We recently rented a home in Sunriver for a multi-family trip through Bennington Properties and had an awesome experience. Ruby was super helpful in making the reservation and Colton went over and above to welcome us when we arrived. The home was perfect for our family, was spotless, and better stocked with supplies compared to other rental companies we’ve used anywhere. A small detail, but represented our overall experience with Bennington. We will definitely use them again for future visits to Sunriver!
Goldfinch 5 is a fantastic location with a river view and a very well-stocked home. We were a family of 6 adults and the home was great. The extra half bath was great to have as well. Can't wait to return!
The team at Bennington were professional and responsive, text responses and all communication were clear and went beyond our expectations. In the peak of summer, we had to change vacation plans and made last minute plans for Sunriver, found a wonderful home full of amenities, it was well kept, with a spacious back yard. A wildfire evacuation alert notified all of Deschutes County and it was appreciated that Bennington Properties took the time to reassure us of the status, location(it was a great distance from where we were)a... read more
We shared a house with another family for my birthday weekend a couple weeks ago and it was our fav house we have stayed at in Sunriver. Also, when we got to the house Bennington team left a card and bottle of vodka as a birthday gift. It was so thoughtful. And their communication was fast about things we had questions and concerns about. Myself and the friends we shared the house with were impressed. We plan to use Bennington for future Sunriver trips. We loved our experience
