25 family members from ages 1 to 90 from all over the country and as far from London converged on Sunriver for multiple birthdays and a big family reunion. We stayed in 5 Bennington Managed homes in close proximity and had a truly wonderful vacation. The homes were very well stocked, updated, spacious, and comfortable. We rented Pole House 6 and it was perfect for our family of four (kids are 3 y/o and 4 mos.). It had functioning central AC and a washer/dryer - the two things we cared about most. One nice perk we didn't expect was a separate garage (not just a bike closet) that could store outdoor gear, strollers, bikes, etc. to keep the house less cluttered. By far the best rental agency I have worked with. They were very attentive to my questions even on weekend when the office was closed. Best part is they surprised my 7 year old with a gift that was on the table when we checked in. We rented Wildflower 9 and it was perfect for our family and dogs. It had every supply imaginable! Will only be renting from them from now on!
A bit disappointed with our experience this last time. Our house porch was COVERED in mouse/rat droppings and didn’t even get an acknowledgement when I reached out to let them know, stove/oven only partially worked. Disappointing to miss out on relaxing on the porches due to how dirty they felt. Will be hesitant to book with them again.
Very pleased with our rental at Witchhazel 3. House was very clean and had a nice floor plan. Not many 1700sf houses have 2 separate living area. Several great decks - covered front porch, side deck to hot tub, front balcony and back balcony - made it easy to find sun or shade. Fans did a solid job of keeping the temp comfy, although it wasn't exceptionally hot when we were there. Well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds and linens.
