If you’re considering renting in this community, I strongly recommend thinking carefully before making your decision. In my experience, this has been one of the worst rental communities I have ever lived in. The apartments are extremely old and outdated, yet the rent is very high for the quality provided. I have had a serious mouse problem inside my apartment for the past three years, and management has never provided an effective solution. Parking is another major issue and very limited.
