My cousin is the victim and she can’t come home because of this. I had a very frustrating experience at Bennington Crossings. My car was in the shop, so I was using a temporary vehicle — but because it was the weekend, I was denied a temporary parking permit. As a result, I couldn’t park in the complex and was unable to access my own home. The property manager, Hugo, was absolutely unhelpful and showed zero flexibility or understanding. My experience living at this apartment complex was very disappointing. The units are old and not maintained properly, with constant problems that were rarely fixed in a timely manner. Maintenance requests were often ignored, and when something was finally done, the repairs didn’t last. To make matters worse, after moving out I was charged extra fees that felt unfair, especially considering the poor condition of the apartment.
