Rude is an understatement when doing warranty work, no help with a loaner vehicle at all because they don't have one available, they don't work with you to find one from another dealer. Was told, "I don't know what to tell you."
Outstanding, the gentleman greeted us as we walked through the door. His name is John Very friendly and asked us all questions and also when we needed to ask questions he had answers. Took the John about an hour to get everything processed, then came to us and told us we had a car John brought us to it. Fell in love with it, my husband and I had to come back later on as I had to work and by the time we came back the car was ready and we had to fill out more papers. Shook hands!! I purchased a car there 8 years ago and had a great experience with a legend there. Fast forward to now, I purchased a new vehicle. It was Sean's 1st week and he was absolutely awesome. He made everything easy, understood my needs and listened to everything I had to say. Great experience. Super addition to the team there. Updating my review after some continued issues with this dealership. 3.5 years ago I purchased my 2016 sierra. Its been in the shop for months at a time. Which isnt a fault of theirs necessarily, mostly service contract company dragging their feet. The one big issue i have with this dealership is I was lied to about a warranty service they had to provide.
