Made an appointment online over a month ago for an oil change and an emission recall. Got there for my appointment time and was told that they do not see my appointment and asked if I made it online. When I said yes, I was informed that they don’t get/ accept online appointments, but could do the oil change for me. I told them at that point I have made the appointment using a free oil change I had on my Chevy account. Great service department.
When made appointment said half hour but was there going on two hours just for oil change. They then charged for using credit without telling me when I made appointment. BEWARE of this dealership. Never again using these ripoff people!!
The sale itself was alright, worked with Chad to purchase a 2016 gmc sierra. After the purchase is when all the problems started. I stopped being a customer as soon as I left the lot with the truck. The truck was sold with pre existing problems the dealership never disclosed. It has been misfiring since day one and after multiple repairs they still have not been able to fix the issue.
