I purchased a car there 8 years ago and had a great experience with a legend there. Fast forward to now, I purchased a new vehicle. It was Sean's 1st week and he was absolutely awesome. He made everything easy, understood my needs and listened to everything I had to say. Great experience. Super addition to the team there. Glad the experience from legend to newbie was exactly the same, easy, professional and laid back. Thank you!
Updating my review after some continued issues with this dealership. 3.5 years ago I purchased my 2016 sierra. Its been in the shop for months at a time. Which isnt a fault of theirs necessarily, mostly service contract company dragging their feet. The one big issue i have with this dealership is I was lied to about a warranty service they had to provide. The AFM lifters in these trucks are notorious for having issues, the second time they went on me it was covered under a workmanship warranty from the previous time the deal... read more
BUYER BEWARE. Bought a used vehicle from Bennington. I came to discover that Bennington did do some work on the vehicle but just enough to get it running. I was told there was rust while in reality, it was frame rotting corrosion. Additional mechanical issues were not disclosed to the tune of ~$5K and counting. Vehicle no longer starts because it badly needs a tune-up. To be fair, they did reimburse for some of the initial repairs but I am still out thousands of dollars.
Just want to start off by saying what an outstanding dealership the process was the easiest one I’ve ever done and let me tell you that I have an addiction buying vehicles and I buy at least a vehicle every year, but these guys it was by far the easiest, they were incredibly punctual respectful they’ve always called me back and everything they said is exactly what they did john you’re incredibly good at your job, you’re definitely a people person.
