Jenn in the Service Department is always helpful and friendly. She treats her customers like she would want to be treated. With patience and kindness. After I contacted another service department in town for a different vehicle and felt as if I was bothering them, I had to call Jenn to let her know how much I appreciated her. (They will not be getting 5 stars. )

Made an appointment online over a month ago for an oil change and an emission recall. Got there for my appointment time and was told that they do not see my appointment and asked if I made it online. When I said yes, I was informed that they don’t get/ accept online appointments, but could do the oil change for me. I told them at that point I have made the appointment using a free oil change I had on my Chevy account.
