Very helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to get my dogs registered here and set up an appointment. Everyone was very friendly.
BLUF: The clinic was exceptionally clean (no odor) and welcoming, with a professional vet tech and veterinary staff. Prior to our visit, the receptionist provided the necessary registration documents via email for my dog. Once submitted, I was able to easily schedule an appointment. During the appointment, Tucker, the vet tech, walked me through what to expect. My dog, Sundae, was visibly anxious, but Tucker’s calm and patient demeanor helped ease her nerves. The food and service were great! Orders were quick and delicious!!!
Other than registering your pet onpost, I recommend all pet owners to save yourself the drama and take your furbaby offpost! This onpost veterinary clinic is never open when suppose to be, never answer phones when open, and never reply to voicemails. Whoever is running this office needs to show up and start paying attention cause this is ridiculous! I did an ICE complaint after I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks now with no luck. This place was absolutely amazing. My best friend and I came in with a stray cat we had housed for a couple days. We had brought her to the stray facility and come to find out it was closed for training, which we had no idea about. We then made our way to the veterinarian office and were immediately greeted and helped by the staff. The staff was made up of amazing people that were so quick to help us out.
