BLUF: The clinic was exceptionally clean (no odor) and welcoming, with a professional vet tech and veterinary staff. Prior to our visit, the receptionist provided the necessary registration documents via email for my dog. Once submitted, I was able to easily schedule an appointment. During the appointment, Tucker, the vet tech, walked me through what to expect. My dog, Sundae, was visibly anxious, but Tucker’s calm and patient demeanor helped ease her nerves.
