BLUF: The clinic was exceptionally clean (no odor) and welcoming, with a professional vet tech and veterinary staff. Prior to our visit, the receptionist provided the necessary registration documents via email for my dog. Once submitted, I was able to easily schedule an appointment. During the appointment, Tucker, the vet tech, walked me through what to expect. My dog, Sundae, was visibly anxious, but Tucker’s calm and patient demeanor helped ease her nerves. The food and service were great! Orders were quick and delicious!!!
Other than registering your pet onpost, I recommend all pet owners to save yourself the drama and take your furbaby offpost! This onpost veterinary clinic is never open when suppose to be, never answer phones when open, and never reply to voicemails. Whoever is running this office needs to show up and start paying attention cause this is ridiculous! I did an ICE complaint after I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks now with no luck.
