He is the best! Not only is he a brilliant doctor, who saved my vocal cords and voice, he is kind and patient, he listens and has a lot of compassion and understanding.
Caring, considerate, sincerely interested in the problems I was having and wanting to do all he could to alleviate those problems. He explained my condition in detail using the actual images of my throat. He explained the surgical procedure he wanted to perform with great clarity, not only the probable benefits but the possible risks as well. His follow-up with me involved some therapy.
