In my opinion he is unethical. Had a lawsuit several years back because he did not pay subs then is in another lawsuit for the same thing. Took him a year and a half to pay me. I brought him onto a job, i was the architect and he was the cpntractor. He turns arounds tells the owner he can do a better job cheaper if they fire me and he does design build. He never paid any of the architects and is now on a lawsuit. Public record you can verify. He got paid a lot of money for the architects work yet did not pay them.
fraud project manager is racist
This company did renovations for the facility I manage about 4 to 5 years ago. The quality of the work and crafstmanship done was far below satisfaction. I have to have larger things completely redone whenever small repairs are needed. I would not call on them for future projects.
