So I had a referral to come see Dr Crittendon for hormone testing. Asked about my medical history and my family’s and also my symptoms. I went there for lab work to see where my hormone levels were and I left there with no exam and no lab work to be done! I am very disappointed in how she did things! Because on the referral paper, it said that I was going to have exam and lab work and NOTHING was done!!
The staff was very professional and the Doctor took her time with me and answered all my questions.
The Dr here is very rude and unprofessional.
