Called them to have my batteries replaced and nobody came. so I tried to do it myself and accidentally dispatched 911. When I called again to have the battery replaced he said i was clicking buttons all “willy nilly” like a child and thats why 911 was dispatched not due to a low battery. Maybe if you guys sent someone out the first time I wouldn’t have had to try to do it myself. Would give 0 stars if I could
