Giving 1 star because I cant give 0 starts. Disaster from start to finish. Took my truck in for fluctuating engine temperature. First time there "we're unable to recreate the problem" Second time I was told it was the waterpump, after that got changed it was the radiator and when I then went to pick the truck up I no longer had a thermostat in my pickup. Best thing that could have happened considering the circumstances surrounding my overheated transmission. These guys got me in right away, ordered the parts needed, and got me back on the road right away. Thanks for the work!
I called to speak to finance department and the guy tells me they are not available right now and hung up on me. Didn't ask me if there was anything further they could help me with or if i could leave a message. POOR customer service
