Me and the Hispanic cashier who’s clearly in her 50’s started off on the wrong foot simply because she misunderstood what I was saying about 2 years ago when I first moved to the neighborhood. The WORST pharmacy ever. I attempted to have a prescription transferred and after lying to me and telling me they would contact the pharmacy when I called to ask questions, they actually HUNG UP ON ME because they couldn’t explain their incompetence. It’s funny because the guy asked me why I discontinued using them and THIS is the exact reason. They should be put out of business!
Terrible pharmacy to work with. They hang up when you need to talk to them. They are not helpful when needing to speak with an actual pharmacist. If you need help they will not give you support. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
Kind, helpful and great customer service. Switched from Walgreens to this pharmacy, never looking back
