I’VE USED THEM TWICE! First installment was last year and the experience was great. Most recent install was this week. It was a tight fit and overall the installers did a great job! After they left I noticed the door was making a harsh “popping” sound when I opened it inward. It took me an about an hour to figure it out, but the noise was coming from the bottom plastic flange not being trimmed properly. Customer service the guy that called me to schedule my glass install had no patience and just wasn’t kind. A previous guy had called me to schedule. When they didn’t show up I called and then this guy told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and that they wouldn’t be installing that day and that the LADY who scheduled me was out for the week and he had no idea why she told me they would be installing that day. Repeated calls in order to obtain an estimate. Have yet to receive one, even though the technician came out to assess our damage and was wonderful. Had a wonderful working relationship with them previously, so I’m disappointed and would hope that they would respond to my multiple calls.
