Benny and the team did a great job refitting a 30 year old Super Treat system that I inherited along with my house. Matt explained the issues I had and came up with the cost-effective solution. The guys couldn't have been nicer and were happy to explain the new system to me and answer any other questions I had. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Worked with us to get the job done on a site with difficult access, staff were friendly and helpful. The office communicated well and Sorted all the council paperwork.
I was very unhappy with this company. The Supertreat system I purchased ended up costing an extra 10% because of the undisclosed environmental assessment required, that I have to get retrospectively. The company has now changed hands and the products and service are much improved.
Amazing service, job was done on time, on budget and went amazingly smoothly. Would recommend to anyone who needs a septic tank.
