The best recreation center in the city of Suffolk!
Great facility
Started (67yo) an exercise regimen to improve my physical condition. I haven’t exercised in years. Chair yoga definitely good for me. Found muscles I didn’t know I had! Using gym equipment, treadmill and different weight machines. Staff (Sandra chair yoga) Gym (Zach) are very friendly and helpful. Clean facility.
