Cheapest compost and topsoil and next day delivery (not always!) I live in Portsmouth and all the nurseries I called, I took notes of their rates, delivery fees, if they even deliver to Portsmouth, and the minimum yard requirement for delivery. For our garden expansion project, most places didn’t have mulch, soil, peet moss, or all 3, and I found the cheapest at Bennett’s Creek Nursery.
