ZERO. I went in to shop for car insurance being my existing insurance had only 2 weeks of coverage left. These people told me they'll get back to me with prices in 2 days. 4 days went by & I never heard from them. I went in personally. They told me not all quotes came in... they'll get back to me I was told. Okay... that's nice... NEVER heard from them except at noon time the day before Thanksgiving and they still had no quotes for me at all. This examples how these people do business. ZERO is must too high a rating.
