I called in advance on a Wednesday to verify business hours, pricing and services. Arrived at the shop around 3:30 in the afternoon, they were closed! Called the number on the door and they said they were on parts run and would be back in an hour. I came back an hour and a half later, still closed! called again and the phone number was going straight to voicemail. Guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere… Be open when you say you're gonna be open! 🤷‍♂️

I have an edger that was idling rough last year and tried to put a new carb on it myself. After tearing it open there were other pieces that were broken and caused it to not start after repair and reassembly. One quick call to Bennett Service and I was able to drop it off on a Saturday and pick it up the following Monday. Edger started up on the first pull and idled well. Thank you for the great service and quick turn around.

They definitely know how to make the bill and charge you and not do the work we took this machine to another shop they said it was never opened up to do any repairs this is the second time we had to take it to Bennett services 😭 they take advantage of the elderly they chained the machine outside to other people's machines everybody's machine sitting outside gets rained on and snowed on they never do the repair but make excuses.

This shop and the personal were very professional 👌. Great service and really fast turn around. I had my Troy Built snow blowing and rototiller repaired and they both run like new. Awesome and friendly place to service your equipment. Thanks so much. Dan.
