Once rented me a home that hadn't even been certified to be occupied. Later, in the middle of winter, he stole the HVAC system from our house to put onto another home he was building and didn't even tell us.
I visit my fiends there often and are looking to move there next year. Great location, close to school and a lot of my friends are there.
Horrible landlords that blame their tenants for their wrong-doing. Apartments are infested in termites. Moved in with broken appliances, broken cabinets and un-healthy living conditions. Avoid at all costs.
Great spot for students and young professionals as the area is safe with parking available and beautiful apartments that have won awards.
