Dr. Ben is great and seemed very professional and attentive - LCMC on the other hand not so much - this was an outpatient initial office visit - I called ahead for pricing and was told that my cost would be less than $100 for my initial visit - LCMC tacked on a $640 facility charge that they did not include in their estimate. LCMC is also incompetent on the phone - Dr Ben recommended a couple of tests - no one could price it so I cancelled and after receiving the bill for the initial visit I am glad I did. Dr Ben really listens to your concerns and makes sure that you are given options for treatment. He also makes an effort for you to really understand why and how each treatment is important and beneficial to your health.
