The staff was the best we've ever experienced in this field. From the office to the back they were very personable and professional. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from and were very fast and efficient in their service. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I’ve had my second amazing experience at Bennett Optometry today. My first visit in August I went for an eye exam and new glasses (first time in years!) I was thrilled they could accommodate my schedule and get me in quickly. The front office staff was welcoming and friendly; they explained my insurance benefits and what to expect when I met with the doctor and optician. I'd go blind before going back! They held my glasses and prescription randsome over a $26 bill because I WAS a "new" customer. I was told by Sylvia that there would be ZERO out of pocket and my inssurance covered everythingI had them take photos of my eyes cost was $38 an my issurance didn't cover it medicare so they were sulposes to bill the state not me Jeff would not release my glasses at the Main St. Location after talking to my inssurance rep an her calling them they gave me my glases.
