This has been the most horrendous experience I have ever had with customer service. My mom was in need of a medical bed, got her prescription and after 2 weeks I called to check in on it as we didn’t hear anything from them. The representative I spoke to said I needed to call my mom’s Dr. because they needed more information. Lazy!! They should have called the Dr. back. Met with a gentleman named Roger today who could not have been nicer. He works very hard to take care of the customer, even if the insurance, companies or doctors make it nearly impossible.

My friend got a prescription for a wheel chair. We drove to their office and there was a sign on the door that said they were out doing deliveries and to call a certain phone number for assistance. I called the number, and after being on hold for 22 minutes, I was told a manager would call me back. Never got a call! Seriously? Is this a 1 person office? There is no local phone number to call? Do we have to make an appointment? Very poor service!

I love everyone that I have came in contact with. The staff made me feel comfortable and secure in a very frightening. :edit then everything changed
