I have been trying to get hold of the Reno office and get the office in Las Vegas, they are rude nasty people whom will not help. I have cancelled my service with Bennett, this is sad because when I worked with hospice and before they were sold to Adapt Health they were the best. Sad.

These people are awful. They make patient pick up equip. Then play games with them about get other prescriptions filled, like a water dispenser for concentrator and/or home nebulizer duoneb treatments. They insist they did not recieve scripts, when provided prove they did, then Bennets claims the patient cancelled. Game players at the patients peril. Get anyone else but Bennet!

Bennett Medical is a horrible company to deal with. I placed an order 3 1/2 months ago for CPAP supplies. I spoke with 4 people about shipping the order. All said the order was placed and they had no record of my previous conversations with their employees. They now want patients to be on auto-pay which requires credit card information or bank authorization yet their employees won't give their last names. I don't want auto shipment which is what it would be. Find someplace else to provide your supplies. Do not trust this com... read more
