We had the worst experience at this firm. Mackenzie Spooner was our lawyer?? If you can call him that. For 3 monthes he did nothing and the senior partners did not seem to care. He never took notes when we met. He sent out letters with no timeline. DO NOT USE HIM!! It took him a very long time to respond to pur phone calls. 10 days??
Great experience with this firm staff are great and keep you up to date on anything that is required. Dealing with estates can and is a big job to do on your own, they have been handling them from day one with compassion and efficiency for my family.
Portion size to price is not great. Veg noodles hardly had any vegetables. Taste used to be good,
Robert is a very nice and trustworthy person - one of those guys that you feel you can open up to and trust with your important information. Highly recommend him for your legal case.
My husband went to this firm because they were local and we like to support local. It was a simple settlement of his brother's estate. As mentioned in other reviews, lack of communication- phone calls never returned. Appointments set up but times not confirmed. We'd have to email or call and would be days before we knew what time we should come in.
