Too tier customer service. Spoke with Thomas about a recent order that I received but was missing an actuator. I didn’t order it directly through them and the seller (on Amazon) stopped responding. Benett was able to take care of me.

Bennett bolt trim tabs fail me every single year. Bought the boat brand new late 2020 and every year I have replaced an actuator or controller. Here we go again testing everything a month before a 2 week fishing and diving trip and the trim tabs are intermittent again. I gave a 2 star because they helped me 1 time previously with warrantied parts. I send a email again with no responses.
