Bennett bolt trim tabs fail me every single year. Bought the boat brand new late 2020 and every year I have replaced an actuator or controller. Here we go again testing everything a month before a 2 week fishing and diving trip and the trim tabs are intermittent again. I gave a 2 star because they helped me 1 time previously with warrantied parts. I send a email again with no responses. I have continuity on all the wires so I’m assuming there’s a problem with the controller again or the actuators. I’m leaning more with the c... read more

Unfortunately this company is pretty much the worst I’ve seen in the marine industry - overcharges for work, orders the wrong parts causing delays, leaves everything behind a mess when they knew we run charters and then doesn’t even complete a job entirely. They then proceed to threaten their customers to put a marine lien on, even after acknowledging there is a problem that occurred during their service that was not there before, thereby refusing to complete the job. Stay away from them, far away. You’ll be glad you did.
