I had called because I had a polite inquiry regarding permission to use one of their properties. As soon as I called I was met with a clipped and hostile operator. Before I could get my question out she interrupted me and told me no. It was extremely unprofessional and I was shocked by her response. I was expecting this to be a professional establishment and was met with disappointment. Perhaps she is having a rough day but that is no way to talk to customers.

Great staff from being weighed and check-in at scale to being loaded we were out in 1 hour. Tarping station available. We would definitely pick up again from this shipper!!
