If it were possible to give a negative star rating, I would. I have been attempting to take interim occupancy of my condo for over a week now, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Leonard and his legal team have demonstrated what I believe to be predatory practices, seemingly prolonging the process unnecessarily—especially after we raised concerns about their conduct.
