Been here for fifteen years, top thing I can say is I haven't been lied to, can't say that about some of the other carriers. Is the freight as abundant as elsewhere, yes and no. You have to learn the agents and the lanes, and the lanes are always changing. If you are going to rely solely on your dispatcher for loads, make a new plan, they are there to help. If you communicate well with our agent base, they will work with you. If you have a problem, I don't know of anyone in the office that wouldn't have the time to sit down ... read more
