About two months ago, I started having issues with the computer system in my car. My mechanic determined there was a leak somewhere in the car probably from the drain backing up. This resulted in by passenger side floor getting wet every time it rained. I did not think it was an unmanageable issue until the computer system started to fail. This included my windows not going down, my back windshield wipers not working, my blinkers not working, and my lights not shutting off while on automatic, therefore draining my battery. Absolutely the worst dealership/service center one could ever be involved with. These people are not honest, fair people. Customer service is hands down the worst experience anyone could have. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy a vehicle or have yours serviced!!! You will have a bad experience, this I can promise you. BEWARE!!!

The worst experience our family has ever had to endure. Simone should be ashamed of running such a horrible service department. They not only misdiagnosed a job almost costing our family thousands of dollars but also showed absolutely no empathy.
