Went to Bennett-Hockett Supply Co for a piece I needed for my water heater. I brought my broken thermocouple up there to see what I needed to repair it. Chris was very knowledgeable and kind and said I needed to replace the whole piece. They didn’t have any in the shop but they were able to order the piece for me. It came the very next day in the morning at that. This place is a gem and the gentlemen there are very friendly and you can tell they love what they do!! 10/10 experience!! Hey, just went to Bennett Hockett supply in Burlington looking for a retainer nut for my camper kitchen faucet. Had been all over town and on the Internet looking, couldn't find it. Probably an off brand Counter guy went looking through all the parts and miscellaneous stuff and came back with exactly what I needed. Here's the clincher, he said hey it's on me, glad I could help you. I realize this was probably a 2 dollar nut but they were more interested in helping me than the money. Love this place always has what I need. They are a little more expensive than home depot or lowes but your in better hands. Todd and Chris are excellent help and they will guide you in the right direction.
