I tried to use the automated message system, that doesn't work, to reschedule because my mother is fighting breast cancer, and that is where my focus and time off available is currently. They said I didn't show for my appointment and now refuse to see me as a patient to help with my own risk of BRIP1 positive cancer risk. Dr. Henderson is absolutely the best GYN. I had a much needed surgery with her. Before the surgery she spent time actively listening and providing me with knowledge and all options available to me. She is genuine and approachable and this makes you feel safe. My surgery was done with the utmost care and respect.
