He overcharged me and did not repair my tractor. I agreed to $2 per mile trip charge and he said he was about 45 miles away. I agreed to $135 per hr labor charge. He was at my location for less than 2 hrs. He charged me for 5 hrs labor to include his drive time to and from his home. He did not clarify his charges before hand.
