My ac quit working one night so next morning I called a company had used before and was told they were completely booked but might have someone later. By late afternoon house was 90° and still hadn't had anyone out so called Bennett. It was late and he had been swamped all day and was getting ready to close. Out of sympathy for my situation he said he would be over asap.
