Stay Away from PCS – Don't rent from PCS, very helpful moving in(your signing a lease) but come time to move out they will not inspect until you give them the keys so you cannot be present. Painted, patched, landscaped, got the carpets professionally cleaned on move out. Lived in the house 4 months months got $400 dollars on $1000 deposit. Nasty and unhelpful on the telephone the entire move out process. Money hungry company out to swindle you out of your deposit and anything else they can get away with.
