My name is Glenn Karimoto and I've been going to the Eye Center of Hawaii for many years. From day one of my eye appointments at your facility, Ernie has always greeted me with friendly and welcoming enthusiasm that creates a positive & supportive atmosphere. He projects genuine concern for my health and wellbeing while addressing my eye issues. He expresses an attitude of going the extra mile which builds trust and confidence that my eye care is in safe hands
I have been going here for 12 years, in Hilo, Kona and Oahu. The doctors and staff are amazing, so friendly, kind and helpful. I like the new location in Hilo, Ernie is amazing, he's very friendly, helpful and explains everything well. Thank you Dr. Bennett and Eye Center of Hawaii.
Very thorough, very friendly, always ready to help. They really care about you, your whole life, and how it impacts vision. Head and shoulders above the place I went before. Not going to change again, love this place.
Excellent service in Hilo. I have had cataract surgery on both eyes in their Honolulu office and have great service in Hilo for my diabetic eye issues. Ernie is great.
They never sent my prior authorization to CVS specialty and I've been calling them for weeks, with no answer. I've left several messages that were never returned.
