They never sent my prior authorization to CVS specialty and I've been calling them for weeks, with no answer. I've left several messages that were never returned.
I have been going here every 3 months for over a year. Ernie is so knowledgeable and personable. Very professional and always explains the test and shows the results and discusses them with you. I love going here because I feel very informed about the health of my eyes.
Ernie took the best care of me! Wonderful patient care at all locations for Eye Center of Hawaii. Took the time to explain all tests and information gathered. Mahalo!!
