I always bring my Ford F150 to detailed it and i always satisfied about the result the staff are friendly i highly recommend it.
The tires were not washed properly. The whole under carriage shook at 80kms on the highway. Since i live two hours away from the city i stayed overnight to get it looked at the next. Service said they’d do a visual but then suggested a diagnostic was required. Over night stay the diagnostic and the gold standard cleaning cost me way too much money. I expect to pay for service for my vehicle to be ready for the road. I just don’t think i should have been charged so much when this area didn’t throughly clean the wheel wells
Giancarlo went above and beyond in attending to my issue. Very professional and explained the details of what needed to be done. Excellent customer service by the team. Also got the vehicle back 3 days ahead of delivery date. Great job!
Had vehicle repaired after I rear ended someone. Definitely give Bennett Dunlop Ford a 5 Star rating! Highly recommend their service.
