Friendly and professional service. The techician who fixed my car showed and explained to me what he had done, how all the doors lined up and that all the stripes matched. Very pleased with the result.
Had great service
While I appreciate that the paint job was done well and the misalignment was mostly resolved (though it still isn't fully symmetrical), I was very disappointed by the customer service policies. Being told at the time of booking that no loaner car was available and that rental coverage was not provided was a huge setback. It caused a stressful waste of both my time and money to arrange alternative transportation for four days.
