I was quoted $190 over the phone for a spot clean ( a few spots). I left the door unlocked for the cleaner to access and rang the owner to advise him. He said he would not issue an invoice and I had to pay over the phone. I paid over the phone and he sent me the receipt, which was for $220. I texted back saying he had quoted $190. This was my first time using Premier Five Star Carpet Care. Great service and the carpet looks like new. I’ll be using them again in the future.
My carpet start to breath by freshness. No stain at all. I would recommend really good
