Bennett Chevy service had my truck for over 40 days. During that time they never returned a single phone call. Andy, my service advisor unfortunately did reach out one time to let me know they had lost the keys to my truck and wanted to know if I had a spare. I went specifically for warranty service and stated no other work should be performed outside of warranty coverage. So I went to get my oil change yesterday for the truck at Bennett Chevrolet.. Before I handed over my keys I went under the truck to scratch an X on my oil filter with a pocket knife.. When I got the truck back I looked under and the X was still there.. I asked the guy why my filter wasn’t changed if my receipt says that was done. He lied to my face saying he saw the mechanic changing it and kept insisting it was done but wasn’t able to explain why my mark was still there ..
