It was a very unexpected but pleasant experience working with Bennett and Butler. On a recent family vacation trip to the shenandoah valley we experienced a major breakdown while pulling our camper. These guys car lifesavers. They showed up with a vehicle large enough to tow ours big truck, as well as a second truck to pull our camper all the way back to Pennsylvania. You guys rock. thank you!
I'm thrilled with the service from Tony at Bennett and Butler. I was high up on Massanutten Mountain on a very difficult, steep, bumpy gravel path when I experienced significant vehicle issues due to wildlife. I was quite concerned I would not be able to get the vehicle off the mountain and was told by a third-party dispatcher that that might be the case. I am very grateful for the excellent service I received from Jonathan. He helped me with a tire repair and towed my car to a safe location during an emergency; thanks to his quick assistance, I was able to get home safely. Highly recommended!
Hands down the best people to deal with. Tow truck, auto sales either way you go best around. Id recommend them to my sweet ol grandma there that good!!
