Kyle saved the day when he picked up our truck and my husband on Skyline Drive. He got our truck and my husband back to Winchester to make sure there was no damage. He also followed the my husband back from the dealer to make sure all was ok.
Tony and Brendan are not trustworthy and I recommend everyone avoid this dealership. Tony stole $3,000 from me and promised to fix some body work and paint the car within six months. Tony lied to me for over two years and did not fix the car ( the car was in his possession for over two years and I had to pick up the car which was in much worse shape then when he picked it up and he refused to return the $3,000) I strongly recommend everyone avoid doing business with both Bennett and Butler’s used car lot and their auto repai... read more
Best experience of any business in Virgina. Johnathan is an awesome guy, he towed my car (which was totalled) and drove us into town. I could not be more grateful for everything they do.
