Fantastic company. Great customer service. They helped me navigate my decision on whether or not to replace central air conditioning unit. Barbara in the office was very helpful, and was readily available to answer my questions. Josiah was a great technician who showed up on time and explained what needed to be done and why. Mike and Mike, the installation team were punctual, pleasant to deal with and did a great job of installation. Excellent company to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

The repairman arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything clearly and got my AC unit running perfectly in no time. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and efficient AC repair services!
Had a second compressor installed on new unit. Bennett has been very responsible in ordering the compressor that took months for delivery due to manufacture delays. Bennette was most apologetic for the delays and expeditiously installed the compressor. So far, no problems. We have used Bennett services for many years and have had pleasant experiences with their mechanics.
Josiah was our tech that came to see what was wrong with our AC units. We made the call on Sunday and they were able to schedule us in on Wednesday. During this extreme heatwave, I’m thankful they came as soon as they were able to. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what the issue was. He told us what we would need to do for maintenance. We recommend this company especially Josiah. Thankfully we now have our AC unit going and no longer living in 100 degree weather inside.
Sorry to say, Bennett Air LLC never really addressed our issues after the tech tried to put a bandage on our AC unit. They do not return phone calls if you have an issue and they will not help you in time of need. Do not recommend them at all. Be wise and go to someone else. You came to our home on 6/25 contracted through American Home Shield - this is NOT a FAKE review. Please be aware of this company!!!
