Bennett Air did an amazing job installing my furnace. They were punctual and professional—not only on the day of installation, but also throughout the scheduling process by providing timely updates. The team cleaned up thoroughly and completed the job sooner than I expected.
I had a frustrating experience with Bennett Air that ultimately ended with the company refusing to complete a repair or provide any further service. I initially paid $225 for a service visit: $150 diagnostic fee and $75 for cleaning the flame sensor, as I was told this was the cause of my furnace issue. However, the furnace stopped working again shortly afterward, indicating the original problem had not been resolved. Bennett Air, the best in the business! 10/10 I would recommend! They are responsive, honest, professional and friendly. Using my home warranty they make it so easy! This was my second time using them (last time was heat) and will again and again!
I had a very disappointing experience with Bennett Air. The HVAC service was completely unacceptable, and the level of professionalism was extremely poor. Communication was misleading, and I felt disrespected throughout the process. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read the reviews carefully before making a decision.
