Fantastic company. Great customer service. They helped me navigate my decision on whether or not to replace central air conditioning unit. Barbara in the office was very helpful, and was readily available to answer my questions. Josiah was a great technician who showed up on time and explained what needed to be done and why. Mike and Mike, the installation team were punctual, pleasant to deal with and did a great job of installation. Excellent company to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
had an excellent experience with the company and the repairman who fixed my AC unit. From the moment I called, the customer service was friendly, professional, and responsive. The repairman arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything clearly and got my AC unit running perfectly in no time. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and efficient AC repair services!
Josiah was our tech that came to see what was wrong with our AC units. We made the call on Sunday and they were able to schedule us in on Wednesday. During this extreme heatwave, I’m thankful they came as soon as they were able to. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what the issue was. He told us what we would need to do for maintenance. We recommend this company especially Josiah. Thankfully we now have our AC unit going and no longer living in 100 degree weather inside.
Sorry to say, Bennett Air LLC never really addressed our issues after the tech tried to put a bandage on our AC unit. They do not return phone calls if you have an issue and they will not help you in time of need. Do not recommend them at all. Be wise and go to someone else. You came to our home on 6/25 contracted through American Home Shield - this is NOT a FAKE review. Please be aware of this company!!!
Rick form Bennett Air, LLC was very professional and efficient when he arrived at my home. He promptly took care of my unit within 15 minutes. Thank God, the problem was just minor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their AC or heating needs. I also requested more service from their company for future services.
