We recently had a new central air conditioning system installed by Bennett Air in Waldorf, Maryland, and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Owners Rick and Barbara, along with their team, provided outstanding service from start to finish. Rick was amazing! He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and quickly repaired our AC. Barbara was also very kind and made sure our service was scheduled promptly. We are so grateful for Bennet Air and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
From the incredible customer service that Barbara provides in setting up the appointment all the way to the technicians professionalism on site, Bennett Air is 1st class!!! The level of GENUINE CARE Barbara shows in making sure the best options for the home are a top priority has been so appreciated. Her patience is consistent and her transparency is honest. Knowing what's needed without pressuring the sale stands out. She understands the clients bandwidth and supports the narrative without sacrificing the relationship. T... read more

On June 11, their technicians told me I needed a complete HVAC system upgrade, so I agreed and paid for the upgrade. From that point forward, communication was terrible. Weeks went by with no... read more
