2/26. I've lived at the Bennett for 2 years. I have been very comfortable here. I have a very spacious one bedroom with tons of natural light. The age restriction means there's no screaming kids playing in the hallway. No loud all night parties. It's very peaceful and quiet here. I never hear my neighbors. Rents are very reasonable for 2026 with heat and hot water included. On-site laundry and storage cribs, community room with kitchen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience with Bennet Apartments. The management team was professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Tricia is very good & easy to deal with. Our maintenance man Corey is useless. More than once we gave seen him drop his car off here & then walk home. When you ask for something its always next week. He needs to be held accountable for doing things that should be routine such as making sure the laundry room is cleaned & mopped, same with the ladies toilets downstairs. Our hallways have not been vacuumed in MONTHS.
