Marcel from Benner Plumbing was fantastic! He made sure to explain the problems to me and walked me through everything so I understood exactly what was going on. He also thoroughly tested the kitchen skin before leaving so I would be confident knowing the issues were resolved. Additionally, he graciously addressed a concern regarding a leak coming from the attic and fixed the problem on the spot. I couldn’t recommend him more and the price was reasonable, too!

I had an older faucet that I needed parts for I tried the usuals stores but I could not get any help info or the part the gentleman at Benners was extremely helpful showed me exactly how to install the new piece and a few tips that came incredibly handy. Thank you.

If you need small parts for American wash basins, you should look for an elderly person instead of a young person. Please note, the other day I went to ask if they had this part. The young man said that he had never seen it in all his time working here. Then he recommended that I buy a kit for about $60 to install with the new model. I told him to check here to see if I could find it. I really couldn’t find it at the counter outside. After about 5 minutes, an elderly person asked me if I needed any help. 2 yr old furnace broke down. Jerry Kennedy replaced circuit board and igniter. Expensive but not Benners problem. I was treated very fairly by the boss and Jerry. I have purchased from them since the late 1960’s and will continue to do so. Thanks to Benner and his staff.
