Alex rebuilt our screen porch which had a lot of wood rot. He used sustainable materials that will hold up to the weather and wear and tear. It looks beautiful! He kept me up to date on the progress of the project and it went very smoothly. I highly recommend him!
I absolutely love our porch built by Benner Construction. Alex and Marisol worked day and night to help us fulfill our vision. I appreciated the high quality of service, communication, and could not be happier with having this porch to entertain friends and family. My neighbor loved our porch so much he contracted with Benner too. If you are looking to design, build, or renovate a porch, run—don’t walk to Benner Construction!
I really have to give it to Alex and his team. I had a month to turn around the mess my tenants left me and Benner came through for me in a big way made the sale of my condo a pleasant experience.

Alex and his team including Solly are always prompt and professional. They stand behind their work, which is understandable, as they care about the end result and understand the importance of workmanship. Alex has picked up the phone for me while out of the country and always gets back to me quickly if he can't answer immediately. His team renovated a large deck for me and has done numerous smaller inside carpentry projects as well.
