I have an 828 U and a Super Black Eagle and the guns have been great. Recently I bought a Franchi Affinity 3 20 gauge for my girls and it has never cycled (eject or load) a shell once. I tried cheap ammo, high base 2 3/4" and even some 3" magnums. Nothing cycled. My review isn't really about the gun. It is about how poor the service is at Benelli USA. I bought a Uberti 1873 22lr. Used it the first time and it broke. Just would not fire. I sent it back to them and asked if they'd also fix a small scratch on the crown I got the gun back and the crown was back-bored. Used it the second time and it broke. The cylinder drifts a little when it indexes. I sent it back and told them to keep it. I won't have junk. They sent it back to me and I'll refuse delivery. My first and last Uberti.

I recently purchased a Benelli M3 shotgun. I waited almost 7 months after ordering it for it to arrive. It’s beautiful! As I was having my coffee one morning my newly adopted fur son knocked over my coffee cup, yes, it covered the owner’s manual. No problem I thought until I found the pages stuck together. I phoned Benelli to order another red manual, just like the one that came with my shotgun. They sent me what appears to be a cheap version of the original manual.
