We are extremely happy with our new conservatory - we replaced an existing lean-to with a glass bifold area, it looks great and really integrates our kitchen and garden. The workmen were speedy and brilliant and we are really pleased with the quality of the overall finish. We experienced some delays in initially scheduling the work due to Covid and had to follow up various times with Bennbrook, but once arranged all went smoothly and we would definitely recommend.
I used this company to replace a broken porch window, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff are friendly, super efficient and professional, and not at all pushy. An appointment for an assessment was booked speedily and an engineer came to assess my broken window. Within a day I had a quotation and all the information I needed to make a decision. Had a great experience using Bennbrook Windows for replacing our back door. Process of getting someone round to provide a straight forward quote was simple and easy and with no hard sales techniques or selling gimmicks like a special time sensitive quote used to pressure us into the purchase which is a huge turn off from this kind of work for us. The replacement windows I ordered were placed in an efficient way and the installer arrived earlier than the stated time but was very good at what he did and acted in an efficient and jovial manner. I'm extremely pleased all round with the service and the price. No complaints whatsoever. I'm very happy.
